Abstract
Under the serious strategic challenges posed by the
Israeli occupation of Jerusalem, and the western “colonial” ring of
encirclement that surrounds the key strengths and impulses of the Arab and
Islamic Nation, the Victorious Group, which the prophet Mohammed (Peace be upon
him) informed about before more than 1400 years ago, represents a true
“prophetic rescue” project that provides a forward-looking vision for decision
makers, elites and individuals in the Arab and Islamic world.
This important study seeks to identify this Victorious
Group in our time and answer a big question: who could be they? It also
goes deeper into answering a more significant question: What
is their role that makes them gain more heavenly consideration and distinction
than others?
The researcher used several research methods:
inductive, descriptive, analytical, statistical, and historical in order to
bring about accurate results. He reported the findings of his research after studying
(369) Hadeeth (Prophet Mohammed's speeches) about the Victorious Group narrated
by about (20) Sahabi (companion of the prophet) in (103) printed and manuscript
ancient books. He also discussed and presented the views and sayings of a large
number of Sahaba (the companions), their followers and scholars who made their
contribution and talked about the Hadeeth.
He looked at the potential connotations of the hadeeth, the situation and the reason for talking it, its time and the context of its subject as well. He concluded that the Victorious Group is the Mujahideen in Jerusalem and its nearby areas. Those who fight the enemies of Islam who try to invade the homeland of Muslims, and spread their falsehood there. Furthermore, the researcher concluded that they have a risky function of securing the Two Holy Mosques in Mecca and Medina and their surroundings, and repel any invading armies that try to corrupt and control the holy land or remove its people from it or sabotage it.
The research showed that the Victorious Group is represented today by the Palestinian resistance against Israeli occupation, and the danger to the Al-Aqsa Mosque, strategically, threatens the Kaaba too. So, it calls for renewing interest in the Palestinian Issue, and re-dealing with it as the central issue with the highest priority which must be supported in every possible way, and on which the institutional and individual efforts and projects have to focus, alongside, with spreading the culture of one destiny (Kaaba-Medina-Jerusalem) among all the nation.
